This switch is based on encapsulated dry reed switch CT10. CT10 is Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) type switch which has normally open ruthenium contacts. moreover; the switch comes with a double-ended type sensor. The sensor may be actuated with an electromagnet, a permanent magnet or a combination of both. The Grove – Magnetic Switch is a multi-purpose device. You can use it for various applications such as proximity sensor, security alarm sensor, level sensor, flow sensor, pulse counter, etc.
